EventLevelAspect.CompileTimeValidate Method
CompileTimeValidate(EventInfo)
In Metalama, validation is done in BuildEligibility(IEligibilityBuilder<T>) and BuildAspect(IAspectBuilder<T>).
The equivalent of returning false is to call SkipAspect().
